Integrated Focus for Security
Since 2008, we have been providing integrated design and specification services (consultancy or the actual implementation) tailored to meet the specific security mitigation requirements of clients. While seamlessly integrated security solution with interfaces to Intruder Detection, CCTV, Fire, HVAC, Access Control (gate automation, building envelope and door access, vehicle and pedestrian management), Internet is the order of the day for commercial facilities and modern homes, we are still able to provide the standalone silos style installation for security systems as may be preferred by a client for any number of reasons. To avert single point of failure, some commercial facilities do overlay their integrated security solution with dots of standalone installations in critical areas where such a redundancy is needed for increased reliability. Our comprehensive offerings include:
-
Site Preparation: Assessing and preparing the site to ensure optimal conditions for system installation.
-
Supply, Installation, and Commissioning: Providing and setting up cutting-edge electronic security systems, ensuring they are fully operational and compatible with each other.
-
Support and Maintenance: Offering ongoing support and maintenance services, including upgrades, for both residential and commercial electronic security systems, regardless of the original implementation.
-
Project Scalability: Handling projects of any size and complexity, from small residential setups to large, multi-floor commercial facilities including warehouses.
Coordination and Supervisory Services for Your Project
Security touches on every aspect of a building project from breaking the ground through construction to completion all the way through occupancy. Our services are of higher value when we are involved at the design stages of your construction project. While on your project, we have interest in the quality of construction materials and how the location of certain services and equipment can degrade or promote the package of security mitigations that are required for the facility based on our security vulnerability assessment. We may recommend the relocation of a motorized HVAC component outside of a vault although this may not be the case at all in other less sensitive areas of the same facility. We take interest in every aspect of your construction project regardless of which professionals are handling them.
We can be entrusted with overseeing other aspects of your residential or commercial building project, applying our rich knowledge in building technology quality standards, while we are also implementing the integrated electronic security system.
On your residential or commercial building projects, regardless of size, we liaise with the Develpment Manager, Project Manager, Architect, Contractor, Quantity Surveyor, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and Interior Designers to incorporate security principles so that their final works would be in compliance with the overall security mitigation targets that have been subscribed from us by the client as part of our site security design consultancy as also already enshrined in the construction project implementation methodology.
Comprehensive Training
As part of our integrated electronic security solutions, we deliver thorough knowledge transfer to ensure your team can effectively operate and manage the installed systems. This is easily achievable where the client selects project participants based on objective criteria that also ensures that subject area personnel get to assume key roles on the project.
Where the client requires a specific product that is not in our portfolio or range of experience, as in situations of enterprise practice guidelines or global purchase agreements, we collaborate with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to arrange on-site visits to support training, and installation certification, ensuring your personnel receive the best possible instruction.
We coordinate all necessary foreign travels that are required for relevant project personnel, i.e. organizational subject-matter experts.
Transparent Pricing and Practice
We promote a transparent business relationship among us, the customer, the OEM, and local authorities. Our pricing is fair, competitive, and transparent, with no hidden fees or excessive markups. For large commercial projects, the Original Equipment Manufacturer is required by us to visit the project site to meet with the client, address questions from system interfacing team leads, and sometimes offer preliminary training to relevant project staff. These OEM interactions, successfully conducted with OEMs from the UK, South Korea, Belgium, and the USA have proven highly beneficial to all project stakeholders especially given our focus on high technology, seamless integration, consistent high quality, focus on international best practice and industry standards compliance. We allow the OEM to share pricing with the client.
Wherever possible, we conduct actual solution demonstrations as part of our requirements validation activities so necessary updates to solution design can be addressed prior to procurement and installation.

Site Preparation and Project Management
On every electronic security project, we have the capacity for end-to-end project delivery. However, we can also handle the entire site preparations assignment as a contract separated from the award of contract for the system installation should the client prefer that approach. This is similar to asking a contractor to raise the building structure and leave the finishing to another contractor. In such an arrangement we commit to guiding the installer to correctly understand the rationale for the design and how cables are routed and how components are intended to communicate with one another throughout the facility. In this arrangement, the client benefits from high quality system design that is sitting on a bedrock of high-quality product specifications and industry best practices for installation and configuration. Ideally, we should be engaged to prepare the site, recommend the products that integrate well into the proposed design, then also engage us to do the installation, configuration, training, commissioning, support and maintenance. This approach promotes strong integration since our security design approach has an enterprise focus so systems are seamlessly talking to each other. We can also act as Site Security Design Consultants supervising the contractor in the site preparation, product installations and configuration using our system designs. The latter is a Consultancy engagement that we can handle for a client as well.
As part of our site preparations, we engage telecommunication companies, other professionals, and every necessary organization required to support the work where our direct handling is not possible. An example is drawing the fiber cable from the DP outside the property so we can pull the required fiber cable from that point of interface with the property into the Data Center or utility room, etc. No site preparation is an insurmountable challenge to us despite the potential exposure to dangerous conditions.

Construction Specifications and Supervision of On-Site Intrusion Resistant Vault Structures and Installation of Secure Vault Doors
Josanti supplies and installs high quality vault doors, the same type popularly used by several individuals and institutions in advanced economies. We do not only supply and install the vault doors but we do also provide the specifications for the construction of the vault itself since our doors must comply with Intrusion Resistant Vault Structures to meet international standards including A184/A184M (Specification for Welded Deformed Steel Bar Mats for Concrete Reinforcement); SSPC: A615/A615M (Specification for Deformed and Plain Carbon-Steel Bars for Concrete Reinforcement); A635/A635M (Specification for Steel, Sheet and Strip, Heavy-Thickness Coils, Hot-Rolled, Alloy, Carbon, Structural, High-Strength Low-Alloy, and High-Strength low-Alloy with Improved Formability); F1090 (Classification for Bank and Mercantile Vault Construction, as applicable); ANSI/UL 608 (Standard for Burglary Resistant Vault Doors and Modular Panels); ANSI/UL 680 (Standard for Emergency Vault Ventilators and Vault Ventilating Ports); ACI 318 (Building Code Requirements for Reinforced Concrete) and others. It is not unusual to find clients installing a Class 1 or Class 2 Vault door in a structure that has no fortifications whatsoever making it more attractive for the burglar to attack the vault structure itself leaving the vault door alone. Our practice seeks to correct this when we are called in to provide specifications and supervision for the construction of the vault. It is best to involve us prior to freezing project drawings since our work often requires the Architect and Structural Engineer to revisit their drawings.
